With over 20 years of leadership experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, Marianne brings deep wisdom and a calm, grounded presence to every conversation. She’s walked the path herself—from teacher and executive to VP of People at a fast-growing tech company, where she helped grow the team from 90 to over 500 employees nationwide.

Marianne’s a natural relationship builder. As executive director of a non-profit organization, she led with vision and heart, raising millions of dollars, establishing a scholarship fund, and securing land deals that helped bring a long-term dream to life.

With a strong background in branding, fundraising, team building, strategic planning, and leadership development, Marianne doesn’t just help individuals—she helps businesses grow with purpose.

She holds an MBA, is a certified coach, and is happiest when she’s helping others thrive.

Marianne lives on a farm in North Carolina with Tim, her high school sweetheart, their two adult children, Lily and Gordon, and their animals, including mini donkeys, goats, chickens, and their beloved dogs, Daisy and Waylon. Time in the garden and with the animals keeps her grounded and connected to the simple joys of life.
